At Soghaat Sweets, we offer shipping across Canada and the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). Our bakers and artisans lovingly handcraft and pack each mithai, ensuring that every bite delivers the authentic flavours of home. We are dedicated to preserving the rich tradition of mithai-making and offering sweets that are an authentic taste of heritage.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and package weight. If you’d like a shipping quote before placing your order, please email us at info@soghaat.com or our social media platforms.

Shipping Partners

We have partnered with reliable shipping carriers, including Purolator, FedEx, UPS, and USPS. During checkout, you will be presented with available shipping options and costs; select the one that best suits your needs. If free shipping is available, it will automatically be applied at checkout.

Shipment Transit Times

Thanks to our partnerships with major shipping companies, we are able to offer delivery across Canada and the USA, with some orders arriving as early as the next business day. Please note:

UPS, FedEx, or Purolator shipments will be delivered on weekdays only unless you request Saturday delivery (additional surcharges apply).
Transit times may vary based on your location and selected shipping option.

Shipment Cut-Off

Orders received by 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Thursday, will be shipped the next business day. For same-day shipping requests, please contact us at info@soghaat.com before placing your order to confirm availability.

Orders received after 6:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped on the second business day following receipt of the order.
Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or Canadian holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Larger orders or those requiring additional information may experience a slight delay. Our team will reach out if further details are needed.

US Customs Clearance

All shipments to the United States must clear US Customs, which may cause delays. While we do our best to minimize these delays, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times for shipments held by customs.

Placing Your Order

All orders must be placed online through our website. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking details so you can monitor the delivery.

Handling

We prioritize delivering your products as freshly and safely as possible. All items are packaged and shipped directly from our Mississauga Outlet. We take great care in preparing your order for shipment to ensure safe delivery; however, due to the nature of shipping, the contents may shift slightly during transit.

Extreme Weather Conditions

In extreme weather conditions (heatwaves, snowstorms, strikes, etc.), Soghaat Sweets reserves the right to delay shipments to protect the integrity of your order. Should this occur, our team will notify you promptly.
