The following terms and conditions govern your use of this Site and the purchase of products by you through this Site. Soghaat.com reserves the right to deny and cancel orders anytime after placement, for any reason, at our sole discretion. You will be notified by email, to the email address given during checkout of the decision made by Soghaat to cancel your order. Should your order be canceled, Soghaat will not be obligated to fulfill/ship your order. After cancellation has taken place, Soghaat will return all monies exchanged, back to the original payment method used during checkout.
Orders may be denied and canceled in whole, or in part by Soghaat for any the following reasons (though not limited to):
Limited product quantities available to fulfill your order Inaccuracies or errors related to product within your order Suspected intent to resell Shipping to any of following locations: warehouses, freight forwarding businesses, hotels/motels Product Recalls, affecting an item within your order Issues determined by Soghaat’s fraud prevention department Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. We may require, at our option, that any order placed over certain dollar amounts receive our pre-approval. We also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

Soghaat’s trade-marks may not be used without Soghaat express authorization and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Soghaat’s trade-marks may not be used in connection with any products or services which are not Soghaat’s or authorized by Soghaat, or in any manner that is likely cause confusion among customers or potential customers of Soghaat, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Soghaat. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
We cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
Shipment of all products ordered via the Online Store is done everyday after at agreed times with Shipping companies , except Week-Ends and Holidays Soghaat online store uses various courier companies and. Soghaat is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any “reasonable” delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames. Shipment by Ground Courier can take up to 6 business days for delivery or Express Courier can take up to 3 business days for delivery. Shipping timeframes are once the order has been processed. Due to high demand, order processing can take 2 to 3 business days. The on-time delivery guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond Soghaat or its shipping partners’s control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, delays caused by the consignee, acts of God, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, acts or omissions of Customs or similar authorities, riots, circumstances arising before, during, or after a strike or other labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in the air or ground transportation network (such as weather phenomena), and natural disasters.
Payment of all items purchased via the Online store is credit card only. Credit cards accepted are VISA, Mastercard and American Express. All products selected in the Canada Online store will be charged in Canadian Dollars. Taxes on non-food items may be charged based on the shipping address. We do not accept payment by Check or Money order. For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason.
Soghaat does not support the comments or opinions of reviewers and assumes no responsibility or liability for any content posted by you or any third party. Soghaat reviews are moderated for appropriateness. Visitors may post reviews and comments so long as the content does not violate the Product Review Guidelines. Soghaat reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit reviews, and regularly reviews posted content. If you do post a review, you grant Soghaat a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distributes, and displays such contests throughout the world in any media. Soghaat boards purchased via the online store can be returned to Soghaat within 30 days of the order, for a full refund of the purchase, minus all shipping costs. If the product purchased from Soghaat.com Online Store received is DOA (Dead on Arrival)*, a replacement would be sent. Soghaat. An Online Store policy notes replacement for a DOA product is subject to availability.
Contact the office for return merchandise approval (RMA) If Soghaat Foods does not receive your product within 10 business days from the date the refund RMA number was given, we will not be able to process your refund request.
